Elements is our original performance designed to take your mind on a journey to experience the full state of mindfulness. It begins with the audience choosing between two setups - traditional concert seating or yoga mats - before we offer a gentle introduction and invite listeners to settle into the space.
We will then introduce the experience, providing an overview of what to expect. The music unforlds in synchrony with a guided meditation and live yoga practice, incorporating breathwork and optional movement for those who wish to engage more actively. Rooted in the ancient philosophy of yoga and structured around the five elements - water, fire, wind, space and earth - each performance invites mindfulness, presence, and emotional depth.
