Ana is a French horn player and a yoga teacher. She is originally from Spain but lives and works in London. She studied French horn performance in Murcia (Spain) and in 2018 she completed her Master of Arts in French Horn performance at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance in Greenwich (London). Ana performs across the United Kingdom and Spain with various ensembles, bands and orchestras. Alongside her musical freelancing work, she also teaches music in various organisations based in south east London.
In 2021 Ana became a qualified Yoga Teacher. She had long fallen in love with this ancient discipline and decided to make it part of her career. She also wanted to combine her two big interests, music and yoga. Ana teaches yoga and guides meditations in London, and also online to private students based in mainland Europe. She believes that with the empowering waves of the sound, the nurturing movement of yoga and the relaxing effect of meditation, people can enjoy a healthier style of life and slow down when life feels stressful.
Ben Ramsden is an award winning London-based, Yorkshire-born composer/musician. He composes pieces that sit at a crossroads between different genres, creating a larger, more inclusive middle. Being equally interested in classical and popular music, he's developed a unique sound world that has allowed him the opportunity to have premieres all across Europe, including Southbank Centre, Lyric Hammersmith, Vault Festival, Edinburgh Fringe and performances throughout Europe. In 2023, he had a feature on BBC News about his album for string quartet and electronics, To Care.
Alongside his own solo projects, Ben frequently collaborates with other disciplines, including scores for theatre, film and dance. After working closely with National Youth Theatre on multiple productions, Ben became an Associate Artist. He is also a composer for KORDA and Igni Sound.
Ben studied composition at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance under Errollyn Wallen and Stephen Montague. His final piece was nominated for The Gold Medal, receiving The Director's Award for Achievement for this accolade.
Helena began her musical journey at 5, playing piano and later viola at Tarragona Conservatoire by age 8. At 18, she graduated from Badalona Conservatoire in Barcelona and earned a BMus (Hons) scholarship at Trinity Laban Conservatoire in London. She completed an “Advanced Postgraduate Diploma” at Trinity Laban in 2018, supported by the Margaret Helen Harris Prize, Stanley Picker Trust, and Leverhulme Arts Fellow.
Participating in the “Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra Scheme,” Helena performed orchestral concerts and chamber music with the BSO, including a broadcast on Classic FM. In 2022, she graduated with an Orchestra Artistry master’s from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, affiliated with the London Symphony Orchestra, playing under renowned conductors.
Helena has performed in venues like Wigmore Hall, Cadogan Hall, and Royal Festival Hall. She teaches at Blackheath Conservatoire and Lewisham Music Services, and co-founded Igni Sound, fostering a diverse musical community.
